Common questions.

Six of the most asked
01Is this really free for clients?+

Yes, completely. We don't take commission and we don't sell your contact details. Agencies pay a small fee to unlock and pitch on each brief, which is what funds the editorial team and keeps the matches high-quality. You'll never be asked to pay.

02How are agencies vetted?+

Every agency in the matching pool has either won or been nominated for a Web Design Award, or has been independently screened by our editorial team using the same rubric. We re-check standing each cycle — agencies don't get to coast on a 2018 win.

03How many pitches will I get?+

Up to five, hand-selected. We'd rather send three excellent matches than ten mediocre ones. If we can't find at least two agencies who genuinely fit your brief, we'll tell you that — and refund the agencies who already opened it.

04How long until I hear back?+

Most clients see their first pitch within 48 hours and have a full shortlist by day five. Briefs submitted on a Friday land in Monday's review. We don't release pitches in batches — they trickle in as agencies write them.

05What if none of the pitches fit?+

Close the brief with one click — no questions, no obligation. We'll flag you in the queue and the next cycle's matches are prioritized. Roughly one in six briefs ends here, and that's fine; better than a forced-fit engagement.

06Will agencies have my contact info?+

Not until you say so. Pitches arrive against a project alias — name, email, and company stay private until you mark a specific agency as interested. At that point only that agency sees your details. No mass disclosure, no marketing list.
