What judges actually do.

We curate a global roster of practitioners who care about substance, accessibility, and execution. The panel is not symbolic. Members review real submissions and help shape which projects earn public recognition.

Expect around 2 to 3 hours per cycle when you are active in a round.

01 / Meaningful feedback

Dedicate 2 to 3 hours per review cycle to score assigned websites and leave commentary that creators can actually use.

02 / Ethical, inclusive reviews

Champion accessibility, performance, and clarity while applying the shared scoring rubric with consistency.

03 / Public standards

Help maintain a panel culture that rewards thoughtful execution, not trend-chasing or empty visual novelty.

Visibility, influence, and real utility.

Who strengthens the panel.

Practitioners with proven range

We look for creative directors, UX specialists, accessibility experts, studios, and technical makers with a strong body of work and a clear point of view on modern digital experiences.

A perspective that strengthens the panel

The strongest candidates bring thoughtful critique, systemic thinking, and a willingness to evaluate work through performance, clarity, accessibility, and innovation.

Consistent participation in review cycles

You do not need to join every round, but regular participation keeps the panel balanced and ensures nominees receive high-quality reviews.

The panel works best when multiple disciplines are in the room.

Creative and design directors leading innovative teams
UX, accessibility, and product strategy specialists
Studios and agencies shaping brand and experiential storytelling
Technologists and makers pushing the web forward with new ideas

We actively want a mix of studio leaders, independent operators, product thinkers, and technical builders.
