What Happy by Design does.

Happy by Design is a WordPress design and conversion optimisation studio based in Cheltenham, founded by Pandora Taylor-Cheal. With over 20 years in web design and a decade running her own studio, Pandora offers small businesses the strategic depth of an agency with the personal attention of working directly with the person doing the work — no account managers. The studio's focus has shifted toward CRO (conversion rate optimisation), helping purpose-led small businesses turn their existing traffic into enquiries and sales, alongside full WordPress design and build. Pandora also runs Cheltenham Creatives, a curated directory supporting the local creative community.
