CRO Specialist

We are seeking a CRO Specialist to optimize our digital experiences and drive measurable increases in conversion rates across key user journeys. In this role, you will analyze user behavior using tools like GA4, heatmaps, and session recordings, identify drop-off points, and develop hypotheses for improvement. You will plan, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests, collaborating closely with designers and developers to implement high-impact changes across landing pages, funnels, and core product flows.
