Data Analyst

The traffic, the submission funnel and the directory all generate numbers nobody else has time to read properly. You do - and you turn them into something the team can act on.

What you'd do

• Analyse traffic, engagement and conversion across the site, the funnel and the directory.

• Build the dashboards and recurring reports the rest of the business runs on.

• Answer the questions product, marketing and judging operations bring you.

• Clean, validate and document the sources, so the reporting can be trusted.

What we're after

• 2+ years in an analyst seat doing this work.

• Strong SQL and real time spent in relational databases.

• A BI tool in your hands - Looker, Tableau, Power BI or similar.

• Statistics and experiment design you can defend, not just run.

Nice to have: Python or R, Marketplace metrics, SEO & content performance.
