Design Curator / Jury Coordinator

The judging pipeline is the product. You run it - entries in, jurors assigned, scores checked for consistency, and results out on time and defensible.

What you'd do

• Run the pipeline: track submissions, assign entries to jurors, hold the published turnaround.

• Recruit, onboard and schedule working designers as jurors, and keep the roster current.

• Protect the rubric - check scores for consistency, flag outliers and conflicts of interest.

• Prepare winners for publication: award pages, badges, certificates, category tagging.

What we're after

• Curatorial, editorial, awards or programme-coordination experience.

• You know web design well enough to hold your own with a jury of working designers.

• Organised across many submissions, deadlines and people at once.

• Meticulous about fairness, consistency and transparency in judging.

Nice to have: Judging or jury experience, Editorial publishing workflows, A design community network.

Web Design Awards has been judging the web's best work since 2014 — the curated index, the judging tools, the hiring board and the agency marketplace behind it. This role is remote, on a small distributed team.
