About this design role.

Leadership support on a small distributed team, which means the calendar, the correspondence and the follow-up all route through you - and nothing quietly drops.

What you'd do

• Run complex calendars, scheduling and meeting logistics for leadership.

• Book the travel, and build the itinerary that survives contact with the day.

• Draft, proof and file the correspondence, reports and internal documents.

• Track deadlines and chase the action items that keep approvals moving.

What we're after

• You have done this job - EA, admin or similar support - not something adjacent.

• Genuinely strong written and verbal communication.

• Organised across competing priorities, under deadline pressure.

• Discreet with confidential information, and able to run without supervision.

Nice to have: Supporting leadership at a small company, Task-tracking tools, Design or publishing industry.

Web Design Awards has been judging the web's best work since 2014 — the curated index, the judging tools, the hiring board and the agency marketplace behind it. This role is remote, on a small distributed team.
