What you'd do

• Build and maintain full stack features across submission, judging and the directory.

• Develop the APIs and services behind scoring, ranking and search.

• Build the responsive, accessible interfaces designers, studios and hiring teams actually use.

• Keep performance, page load and query cost in hand as the index grows.

What we're after

• You have shipped full stack web applications professionally.

• Strong in a modern JavaScript/TypeScript stack, front end and back.

• Databases, API design and web performance fundamentals are familiar ground.

• You own a feature end to end, from data model to UI.

Nice to have: SEO-sensitive or directory products, WCAG & performance auditing, Search & ranking systems.
