Graphic Designer

The badges, certificates and award pages are what winners put on their own sites. They get looked at closely, by people who design for a living.

What you'd do

• Design the visual assets across the site, award pages, badges, certificates and email.

• Hold the brand guidelines, and the consistency between every touchpoint.

• Produce the graphics behind social, the newsletter and campaigns.

• Lay out the annual rankings, the blog and the editorial features.

What we're after

• A portfolio with strong visual design across digital and print.

• Fluent in the Adobe Creative Suite or Figma.

• Typography, colour, layout and brand systems - the fundamentals, properly.

• Several projects and deadlines at once, managed without supervision.

Nice to have: Awards or editorial platforms, Motion & basic animation, Embeddable badge design.
