Growth Marketing Manager

Demand on both sides of a marketplace: designers and studios submitting work to be judged, and the hiring teams arriving to find them. Channels you own, tested and scaled on the numbers.

What you'd do

• Run the growth campaigns that move submissions up on one side and briefs on the other.

• Own the acquisition channels - SEO, email, paid, content, partnerships - and scale what works.

• Pull the funnel apart and fix what is costing signups, submissions and matches.

• Grow the subscriber base, and run the lifecycle campaigns behind it.

What we're after

• 3-5+ years in growth, performance marketing or demand generation.

• Multi-channel campaigns you ran, with conversion numbers you moved.

• Analytical - GA, SQL or a BI tool - and able to say what the data means.

• Comfortable with A/B testing, and with a certain amount of ambiguity.

Nice to have: Two-sided marketplaces, Creative or B2B services, Directory-style products.
