Motion Designer

Badges, certificates, award page elements and short-form video. Motion for a brand whose entire business is noticing when something is well made.

What you'd do

• Design and animate motion for digital badges, certificates and award page elements.

• Produce short-form video - teardowns, winner spotlights, social - concept to final export.

• Storyboard and animate feature content with the design and editorial team.

• Keep the assets fast on web and mobile, and the motion language consistent across them.

What we're after

• A portfolio of strong motion work across digital and social formats.

• After Effects, or an equivalent toolchain, in daily use.

• Animation principles, timing and visual storytelling you can defend.

• Iterates quickly on design and editorial feedback.

Nice to have: Brand & certification assets, Short-form video editing, Lottie & web-native formats.
