Operations Associate

Submissions in, jurors scheduled, results published, index accurate. The work that makes a judged programme run on time - and that shows immediately when it does not.

What you'd do

• Manage submission intake and tracking across free, premium and rushed entries.
• Coordinate jurors and reviewers to keep scoring and decisions on schedule.
• Keep the public index, winner listings and directory accurate, and fix what is not.
• Support publishing the award pages, badges and certificates once results are final.

What we're after

• 1-3 years in operations, coordination or programme support.
• Organised across many submissions and deadlines at once.
• Comfortable in spreadsheets and internal tools, tracking status and data accuracy.
• Detail-accurate - this data goes public the moment it is wrong.

Nice to have: Awards or creative industry, Judged or competitive programmes, CMS publishing basics.
