Product Designer (UI/UX)

Both sides of the product: designers submitting and tracking work, and the buyers browsing the index to find them. The flows, the system underneath, and the craft to make the two hold together.

What you'd do

• Design end-to-end flows for submitters and for the hiring teams browsing the index.

• Take product requirements through wireframes and prototypes to high-fidelity UI.

• Own and evolve the design system, so the product stays consistent and extendable.

• Run or synthesise the research and usability testing behind the decisions.

What we're after

• A portfolio showing UI craft and the UX reasoning underneath it, on shipped work.

• You have designed complex multi-sided products - marketplaces, directories or similar.

• Figma to a real standard, including prototyping and design-system work.

• Accessibility applied in live interfaces, not cited in a deck.

Nice to have: Rating & ranking products, SEO-conscious page design, Broad ownership on a small team.
