Recruiter

Full-cycle hiring on a small team that is growing, which means building the process at the same time as you are running it.

What you'd do

• Run full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers.

• Work with hiring managers to define the role properly before the search starts.

• Build and hold a pipeline through proactive sourcing and outreach.

• Track time-to-fill, pipeline health and source effectiveness, and report on it.

What we're after

• You have recruited in-house or agency, across several open roles at once.

• Strong sourcing across LinkedIn and the other candidate databases.

• Excellent written and verbal communication.

• Judgment and discretion with confidential candidate and hiring information.
