SEO Specialist

A large, growing index of award and nominee pages that only matters if it can be found. Technical and on-page SEO across all of it.

What you'd do

• Own on-page and technical SEO across the award index, nominee pages and the directory.

• Research the keywords around design awards and agency discovery, and act on them.

• Watch crawl health, indexation and Core Web Vitals, and prioritise the fixes.

• Build and hold the internal linking strategy across a growing index.

What we're after

• 2+ years hands-on SEO, ideally on large or content-heavy sites.

• Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush or equivalent in daily use.

• Technical fundamentals: architecture, crawlability, structured data, page speed.

• You can explain a recommendation to someone who does not do SEO.

Nice to have: Directory or listings sites, Schema for ratings & awards, B2B and agency audiences.
