Social Media Manager

The winning work is the content. The job is putting it in front of people in a way that does the design justice and still performs.

What you'd do

• Plan and run the social calendar promoting winners, nominees and editorial.

• Write and produce the posts, graphics and short-form video behind it.

• Monitor engagement, reply, and grow the following across channels.

• Report on what actually drove engagement and traffic, and adjust to it.

What we're after

• You have run brand, publication or agency accounts professionally.

• Strong writing, and a tone that shifts correctly between platforms.

• Comfortable in basic design, video and scheduling tools.

• Organised enough to hold a posting cadence on your own.

Nice to have: Design or creative communities, SEO & content fundamentals, Growing from a small base.
