Web Designer

You design the pages that a site about design gets judged on. Wireframes through high-fidelity mockups, the layout and type systems underneath, and work that holds up to close scrutiny — because here, it will get some.

What you'd do

• Design responsive pages end to end — wireframe, high-fidelity mockup, prototype, handoff spec.

• Own the layout, typography and UI component systems the rest of the site is built from.

• Hold the work to WCAG and to real device performance, not just to the Figma frame.

• Take the feedback and the usability findings, and rework it until it is right.

What we're after

• A portfolio of live web projects with visible visual rigour.

• Fluent in Figma and in modern responsive layout technique.

• Accessibility is part of how you design, not a pass at the end.

• Runs several projects at once without being managed through them.

Nice to have: Basic HTML/CSS, Performance-minded design, Motion & interaction.
